I have several paint to paper projects on the works right now, so I thought today I’d post some “culinary art”! This is a spinach, zucchini and cheddar frittata on the left and on the right, lunches I prepped for hubby with a Mexican style frittata! Prepping ahead helps with my CPTSD, as it’s good for me to know that I have everything taken care of just in case a tough bout of anxiety hits. Anything that eases my mind is a great tool, and I’m going to use it! Love yourself. Love others. Make art. (Even if it’s the edible kind!)
