NEW ART SUPPLIES! This is the scene from my creative space this morning. It's so good to have new things to get excited about. This week I have joined an online art workshop that starts today! I will be sharing what I create and talking about how it feels. I firmly believe in art as healing in all its forms. It starts with loving yourself enough to give it a try. Why not? Love yourself first, and love others. And throw some paint on some paper if you get the chance! (or pencil or crayons, or... or... you get the drift!)
