When things start to look up, I need to do the same. It's easy to get stuck in the narrative when things have been a bit rough. Today, I'm in less pain (yay!) and I feel like I'm healing. My body sends me strong "something's off" vibes and today that feeling is much less so. Thank you to Rochester Dental Aesthetics Dr. Mike Papastamatis and Michelle James for seeing me on a moment's notice yesterday and taking such good care of me. I feel (cautiously) better today and I'm going to keep looking in that direction! Love yourself, look up, and love others.
