Some days the best I can do is just sort of... drift. It's best that I don't dig into any hard thinking, or hard doing. It's restful, but puttering is ok. I'm a huge over thinker, which leads to worrying. Today is one of those no hard thinking days. It's a gentle reminder to myself as the stuff comes up that says, "You don't have to think about that right now." Just for right now. It's self-love in action. Love yourself in the drifting days and whatever other kinds of days you are having hard or easy. And love others.
