Protecting my peace becomes more and more important every day. I'm not saying don't be aware. I'm not saying hide. I'm just saying that my core sense of peace and safety is important in everything I do. Without it, I'm anxious, or angry or just dysregulated in general. I have to limit stimulation and take in only what I can, when I can. The same goes for meeting the expectations of others. I manage things within my abilities. If I push past those abilities, I can be on the wrong side of it all for days. Protect your peace. You are your most important resource. Love yourself and love others.
Love, Cheri
