Sometimes, I'm processing stuff when I journal, but some days it's just all about the peacefulness of connecting to the art. Today it just feels so quiet and connected to listen to the paintbrush against the page and watch the colors flow. I have spent most of my life being a very "out loud" kind of person. Quiet felt uncomfortable. I'm coming closer and closer to quiet peace. Therapy works, folks. Love yourself into peacefulness whenever possible, and love others.
