"Where do I start?" Is a question that can sometimes paralyze me. Especially if the project is BIG, or I perceive it to be big, that question can push me in the other direction. Recently, I've realized that it doesn't matter where I start, just that I do!(I didn't know whether to start with the shape or the spots on this kitty. Spots won!)  I find one small piece of it that I can manage and do that piece. Then I pick one more small piece and do that one. I make a promise to myself to do one small piece of it a day--that's all. (For instance, in my room upstairs I had boxes and boxes and bags and bags and piles of stuff. It had become "that room" in the house. But it was a space that was supposed to be for me. I'd allowed it to become a space I could barely tolerate. When I couldn't find some paperwork I really needed, I made myself a promise to start with one box or one bag a day. In the comments below, you'll see the result.) If I can just get started, momentum builds and I want more. I also find that making a list and ticking off the smallest things (take "object" out to the garage) gives me great motivation and satisfaction. Starting and completing a project is such a self-love booster. The words, "I did it!" feel so good. Love yourself and then love others!

Love, Cheri
