Yesterday was difficult. But yesterday is not today. Today, I have the chance to make it a different emotional experience. It always takes me a few days to shake off big anxiety days, but it helps to remind myself that today is not yesterday. Being in the "now" is so important for those of us who deal with chronic anxiety. It's really important for all of us. Whatever you have planned for today, be in the now of it. It's a self-love super power. Love yourself and love others.
