Growth starts small. It's saying "no" one time out of ten that you really want to. It's asking for what you need one time. It's not answering one phone call right this minute. It's the first time you speak your truth to someone. Small shoots, turn into big shoots, turn into saplings, turn into trees, turn into forests. Appreciate the tiny leaves of growth that you manage right now. They are already bigger than you know! And love yourself while you do it! (Love others, too!)
