Some days it feels like I’m holding on to a pretty thin thread. While I’ve calmed down considerably, current events still pop in to interfere. I remind myself that no matter what the media tries to show me or what messages seem to be coming from powers that be, there is still more love than not-love in the universe, in the people around me and in my heart. Love will win, no matter what. Love yourself first and focus on love from all sources. It’s the best comfort there is.
